I came across HEBA on social media by accident. Being gluten free, Banting friendly, no added suger, grain free and the typical nutritional information being Protein 21,7g & Glycemic carbs 8g, I definitely had to check it out and most importantly, give it a taste!
It can be made as a porridge/pap/bread in a mug or a full bread of 20 slices. The recipe’s are on the pack and are so easy to make.
