I’ve been training with Shaheem for almost 2 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I started training twice a week, I really enjoyed the variety and challenge he put into the sessions, As a runner I decide to change to once a week but I still get a really good work out during his sessions.
Shaheem is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and different so that you don’t get bored of the same thing. My fitness has increased, I have seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises and my running has improved. With his encouragement, I generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts especially on the cold winter mornings when you would rather press the snooze button and go back to sleep!
I like the fact that he always checks that the exercise are done correctly to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable and punctual and always ready to start training when I arrive.
I would recommend Shaheem to anyone looking to improve their fitness as he is dedicated and always willing to help.
